Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including sending interview invitations, follow-up emails, and offer letters.
- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Assist with job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Assist with organizing recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gather feedback on candidates and make recommendations for next steps in the hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and metrics for HR and management as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support role is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
