Support Solution Architect

What you’ll do:

As a Solution Enablement professional, you will be responsible for supporting Solution Architects in solution development, design, and approval processes. You will leverage standard process methods to shape solutions to meet scope of services, delivery locations, and related costs. Your typical day will involve bringing efficiency and consistency in response development and operations support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop and design solutions that meet the scope of services, delivery locations, and related costs.
• Support Solution Architects in the approval process for solutions.
• Bring efficiency and consistency in response development and operations support.
• Provide technical expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Package applications and modernize them to meet the needs of the organization.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Required Skill: Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Additional Must To Have Skills: Application Packaging, Application Modernization.
• Experience in solution development and design.
• Strong understanding of standard process methods.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Solution Architecture & Planning, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• This position is based in Manila.
• Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
