PROJECT NAME: FE Business Operations
POSITION TITLE: Business Operations Associate
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:
Work with lead and stakeholders to provide reports, metrics, analysis; and drive actions that support meet their headcount, chargeability, and financial targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Monitor headcount growth actuals vs forecast
  • Provide analysis on headcount change
  • E2E leakage management
  • Bench Management

OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Open to fresh graduates, no experience
  • Has good communications skills
  • Knowledge in MS office application
  • Background on data analysis skill or have experience in any data analytics field is good to have only, NOT required
