• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Advance understanding of the Microsoft Operating System and its various versions (Win7, Win10 and Win11)
• Advance understanding of Local Area Networking
• Advance understanding of internet connectivity and how to troubleshoot any connectivity issues
• Understand how all parts of the system work together from the BOH to the POS and all of the peripherals.
• Be able to support/install any NCR related programs needed on the Manager PC that the Client needs to utilize the

POS and/or back office technology.

• Recognize common issues and use the appropriate routing procedure for incoming support calls
• Initial diagnosis of network connectivity problems
• Understanding of SQL environments and database management such as installation, backup and restore of database

and utilizing lower level commands, such as CREATE, UPDATE, DELETE to effect required data changes
