Join the Data & Analytics (D&A) Centralized Controls team as a Process Manager II, you will be responsible for ensuring controls are designed properly and function effectively to mitigate business process risk. This position’s primary focus is to perform quality checks (QC) to ensure required documentation and approvals are present to ensure compliance with procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Executes mitigation/control testing with a high degree of quality and accurate results – QC
  • Evaluates operations functions’ performance vs. requirements for compliance to Firmwide policy & Data & Analytics procedures.
  • Identifies and communicates recommendations for business process risk mitigation and control improvement.
  • Tracks analyst’s adherence to procedures and provide coaching/training to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Communicates testing results clearly to business partners and control support teams.
  • Documents findings, keep detailed records, recommending further review and provide support for further investigations.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; Demonstrated ability to investigate and solve complex problems.
  • Must be detailed, deadline oriented, and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously; Flexible and adaptable in response to changing demands.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate written and verbal to varied audiences and to work with cross-functional teams.
