The Talent Acquisition Expert acts as a Talent Advisor and key partner of stakeholders when hiring. Manage end to end recruitment to support all vacancies across assigned accounts. Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Promote exceptional stakeholder service and a best-in-class candidate experience. Keep up to date with the rapidly changing recruitment landscape.



YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Governance and Vacancy Management:

  • Fulfill and close open job requisitions assigned according to agreed SLA.
  • Acts as Bayer’s brand ambassador and provide best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Ensure assigned accounts are in adherence to standardized recruitment processes and procedures by monitoring and assessing hiring manager’s compliance with established processes and identify areas for improvement as necessary.
  • Develops deep understanding of all talent requirements on the assigned account.
  • Maintains network within the BPO/SSO industry to be abreast of the recruitment trends.
  • Conducts meeting with Hiring Managers to agree on sourcing strategy for all positions assigned.
  • Creates talent pools for niche roles on assigned accounts.
  • Conducts pre-screening and initial interviews.
  • Participates in the panel interview with the Hiring Manager.
  • Works closely with TA – Onboarding and Administration counterparts to ensure seamless hiring process, ensuring appropriate communication flow and handovers.
  • Handles coordination with Third party service vendor (may it be inclined with talent endorsement and/or Immigration documentation as need be).
  • Other Talent Acquisition / HR tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.

2. Data Analytics:

  • Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive recruitment strategies and improve decision-making (including survey feedback from candidates, stakeholders and all else involved in hiring).
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards on recruitment metrics, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders to support strategic talent acquisition decisions.

3. Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, serving as next-in-line point of contact for all talent acquisition-related matters. Understand their business objectives, recruitment needs, and long-term talent strategies to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders on talent acquisition best practices, market trends, and innovative recruitment strategies. Proactively identify opportunities to add value and address stakeholder’s challenges to drive satisfaction.

4. Talent Acquisition Technology & Trends:

  • Stay up to date with the latest recruitment technologies, tools, and trends to optimize the talent acquisition process and enhance efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with current and emerging trends in talent acquisition, including sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies, candidate assessment methodologies, diversity and inclusion practices, and employer branding techniques.

5. Escalation Management:

  • Swiftly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the talent acquisition process (from sourcing to onboarding).
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of stakeholder’s escalations, including issues, resolutions, and any agreed-upon service level adjustments or changes.

6. Project Management:

  • Closely partners with the team lead and/or sr. expert on rolling-out talent acquisition initiatives as may be assigned.

7. Benchmarking and Market Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking exercises to provide stakeholders with valuable insights on industry trends, talent acquisition strategies and practices specific to their hiring requirements. Utilize this knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in meeting their unique talent acquisition needs.
  • Identify talent shortages or skill gaps in the market and propose alternative strategies to clients, such as reskilling, upskilling, or considering candidates from related industries or backgrounds.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of recruiting for specific roles within the existing talent market. Assess factors such as skill availability, competition, talent scarcity, and market demand to provide clients with realistic expectations and recommendations on recruitment strategies.

WHO YOU ARE
  • College graduate preferably in the field of Psychology/Human Resource Management or related disciplines.

  • At least 5 to 8 years solid work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Advisor or Talent Acquisition Partner in a Recruitment/Business Process Outsourcing (R/BPO), Shared Service Organization, Recruitment Firm or similar industry.
  • Preferably with experience working in a multinational/matrix organization that operates in fast paced working environment (within similar industry is a plus but not required)
  • With relevant experience doing end-to-end recruitment (from sourcing to onboarding)
  • With amazing track record in fulfilling both niche roles and volume hiring across industries.
  • Knowledgeable in using both traditional and non-conventional sourcing strategies (one-day hiring events, referral programs, Linkedin, Job boards like Seek.com. Indeed.com, etc).
  • Has expertise in Boolean search and other sourcing techniques.
  • Knowledgeable in conducting behavioral/competency based interview techniques.
  • With relevant experience using recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors, Workday, Taleo) and familiar with Recruitment Artificial Intelligence tool like Eightfold.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications especially Excel and preferably other data platforms such as Service Now, PowerBI, Tableau and the like.
  • Has the ability to work in a dynamic environment, strong team player and ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder’s management experience and business partnering.
  • Knowledgeable in local labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assertive yet charismatic and able to work well with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
