We are looking for a versatile and creative individual who will work as an Operations Assistant for a Printing Company based in the US.

  • Permanent WFH setup
  • USD $5.00 per hour
  • 20 Hours per Week from Monday through Friday followingCST Timezone / Partly Flexible

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of demonstrated ability to provide a detailed level of Administrative and Operations Support
  • Ideally someone who has an eye for design and can create basic graphics using Canva or Adobe Photoshop
  • A tech savvy and someone comfortable managing different CRMs and Technical Tools applicable for the business Google Suit, Canva, Adobe, Shopify, and Slack
  • Capacity and commitment to work 20 hours a week or more supporting clients following CST Timezone

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative – Preparing orders for the Production Team by creating orders using a templated artwork and ensuring that all details are aesthetically correct. Doing research for future product lines.
  • Customer Support – Make a follow-up for clients who haven’t purchased yet and try to encourage getting to purchase by sending a templated email.
  • Collaborate with the client to ensure that the client is delighted with our services through timely and effective communication, delivery on deadlines and stellar administrative and Back-End support.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with clients while performing within established processes and protocols

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: Php22,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week

Benefits:
