We’re looking for Inside Sales Representative at Noventiq Philippines. You’ll be a part of our Global Sales team.

Job Overview:
This role is to produce high-quality leads and opportunities and work as a team towards agreed-set targets and profitability goals. Besides, providing a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to efficiently, professionally, and timely. This role reports to Sales Lead/Manager.

What you’ll do: Responsible for the end-to-end sales process, Identifying and creating sales opportunities, producing leads, and closing the sales Be involved in providing initiate and conducting outbound calls to qualify clients’ interest in software solutions Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities generated Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
Profile requirements: At least 2 years experience in sales/telesales if from the IT industry is preferred. Being familiar with a telemarketing role, in the IT industry is preferable Basic English communication skills Own telephone skills Comfortable making cold calls and establishing client relationships via phone. Must be target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets. Creative thinking "outside of the box"
