Our client is a private medical company specializing in womens health, providing first class health care to patients in Australia. Primary Objective: To deliver exceptional patient care and customer service to new and existing patients in a polite, caring and professional manner. To adhere to all protocols and procedures for a positive outcome and the retention of patients. To achieve set performance standards and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Point of contact to assist patient inquiries and concerns via call, email and SMS
Understand the patient needs and requirements
Assist new and existing patients with booking appointments, coordinating medication dispensing, and all other inquiries
Action and complete customer care list as directed by Patient Care Manager and Team Leader
Respond to daily emails to staff and patients
Assist other departments and perform Ad Hoc tasks as needed
At least 3 years of work experience in a customer service role in a BPO setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and easily adapts to learning new systems
Strong organizational skills, time management skills and has high attention to details
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Problem solver and solutions driven with a proactive approach
Self-starter who shows initiative and has a strong sense of confidentiality and ethical behavior
Has a high level of professionalism and customer-orientation
Can work independently and with a team
Knowledge and background in the healthcare industry is an advantage
