Responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through accurate assessing/diagnosing customer’s service requirements and effective communication of customers service requirements to the workshop.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receives, communicates and comprehends the customer’s needs, concerns and service requirements.
  • Diagnoses the vehicle, preferably with the customer or its representative, and recommends the appropriate and necessary repair to be rendered by the service workshop.
  • Discusses company guidelines and relevant service policies to customers and potential customers.
  • Encodes accurate and complete customer information and service requests on the Repair Order Sheet.
  • Monitor progress of service being rendered to the customer
  • Communicates service job progress and other relevant information to the customers.
  • Evaluates and checks the vehicle to be released after service has been rendered to ensure conformity with repair order.
  • Conducts and analyze post-service follow-up and comments to all serviced units within three (3) days after release. – in cooperation with Customer Relations Officer.
  • Handles customer complains related to service, if necessary
  • Maintains good customer relations with service clients.
  • Performs duties that may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any Business Course.
  • At least 3 years of customer service-related work experience
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer service attitude
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Proficient Computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Outlook)
  • Candidate must be willing to work in BGC Taguig City
