Description
The customer service agent is responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding event details and purchased items (tickets, VIP packages, merchandise). They provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customers via email and chat.

Requirements
Ability to quickly and efficiently answer customer queries with confidence and as accurately as possible
Superb Written Communication Skills
Competent and have good comprehension skills
Attention to detail
Can work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
Refund Requests:
  • Process refund requests promptly and accurately according to company policies and procedures.
  • Verify customer details and transaction information to validate refund eligibility.
  • Communicate refund status and expected timelines clearly to customers.
Change of Time and Date:
  • Assist customers in modifying their booking details, such as changing event dates or times.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to accommodate requested changes whenever possible.
  • Provide alternatives and options to customers when necessary.
Late Entry Assistance:
  • Handle inquiries from customers regarding late entry to events or activities.
  • Advise customers on late entry policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with onsite staff or event organizers to facilitate smooth late entry for customers.
Ticket Copy Requests:
  • Fulfill customer requests for copies of their tickets or booking confirmations.
  • Retrieve and resend ticket copies via email or chat as per customer preferences.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information during the process.
VIP Ticket Support:
  • Provide specialized assistance to customers holding VIP tickets or premium packages.
  • Address VIP-specific inquiries, such as exclusive amenities, seating arrangements, or access privileges.
  • Coordinate with VIP services or event organizers to meet VIP customers expectations.
Dispute Resolution:
  • Handle customer disputes and complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Investigate the root cause of disputes and gather relevant information from customers.
  • Work towards fair and amicable resolutions while upholding company policies and protecting customer interests.

Working conditions
HOOP: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST; can be tapped for weekend coverage
