- To assist the Team Lead in all admin or adhoc tasks including reports.
- Help the team in monitoring the compliance of all members.
- Attend and lead Performance Management with the stakeholders.

- Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree
- Has logistics experience and understanding of shipping documents and terminologies such as Incoterms
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and pay close attention to details
- Team player, capable of succeeding in both team and solo setting
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
- Good coordination skills and task-oriented
- Capable of working with minimal supervision and demonstrating flexibility
- Proper stakeholder management
- Good planning skills with high focus on task execution
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to communicate and form relationships at all levels within the organization
- Contribute process improvement ideas
