Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
To support our continued growth in Cebu (50+ hires planned in the next 12 months), we are hiring for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to work closely with our Head of Talent to support hiring in Cebu. This will involve hiring across multiple teams: call centre, data services, technical implementation, customer success, sales and management. You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders in the UK and PH to own end to end hiring processes across all areas of the business.
We are looking for someone with experience (or an interest) in Learning & Development/Training, who can support with the onboarding of new Benefex-ers and their ongoing training needs.
You will also have the opportunity to own and/or support on key People & Talent initiatives such as designing our careers page or improving employer branding. We have lots planned and want people who enjoy making a positive difference.
Responsibilities/Role Overview
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Identify, source, and attract top talent through a variety of channels.
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates skills and qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to make informed hiring decisions.
- Track and analyse talent acquisition metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring programs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest talent acquisition trends and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Provide market intelligence to UK based hiring teams on the best ways to attract, hire and retain talent in the Philippines.
- Run onboarding sessions for new employees
- In collaboration with our L&D Manager, deliver local training sessions to the teams
- Support on any wider People or Talent projects and initiatives
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally internal/TA. You are comfortable owning the end to end hiring processes and being the main point of contact for your business area.
- Advanced/expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Experience in employee onboarding, L&D, HR and/or training.
- Evidence of data-driven decision making and improving hiring processes.
- Excellent communicator (English and Bisaya), with a focus on setting clear expectations and delivering to those.
- An obsession with providing the best possible experience to candidates and hiring managers.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent.
- A natural problem solver, always looking for solutions, not just identifying problems.
- Someone who takes ownership and sees things through to completion.
Below is ideal / nice to have experience:
- Hiring for across the following business areas: customer service/call centre, customer success, sales, tech support, tech implementation, software engineers, QA, system administrators, DevOps Engineers.
- Recruiting within a high growth product/tech business Leading talent initiatives/projects (ATS, employer branding, analytics)
