GrowthAssistant is looking for an Meta and LinkedIn Ads Specialist for our growth marketing team. This teammate will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital trends to reach and engage our target audience effectively.

The Role
- Manage LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns
- Coordinate content with creative and copy teams
- Monitor and adjust campaigns based on analytics and client parameters
- Report on campaign effectiveness regularly
- Create and track UTMs, and develop new ad channels
The Requirements
- 2+ years of Linkedin and Meta ads experience
- Familiarity with Teams and Outlook for internal comms
- Basic experience with analytics tools (intermediate Excel / Sheets)
- Experience running paid social for B2B companies
- Great written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work Central European Time (CET)
