Data Entry and Accounts Payable Assistant

We have an asset-based firm that owns over 200 tractors, 400 trailers. We have a warehouse arm with over 140k sq feet.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Data Entry and Accounts Payable Assistant to accurately and efficiently input large volumes of data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and maintain accurate data records in our database or information management systems.
• Verify data accuracy and completeness through regular quality checks.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies or issues with data entry.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• MUST have an experience having a client with USA
• MUST be proficient in English
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in typing and data entry with exceptional accuracy and speed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software and data entry tools, including MS Office Suite and database systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Must have at least intel core i5 or higher specsand 1 monitor
