• Coaching and strengthening employee involved in the workshop with the FIRST CHOICE culture by providing relevant knowledge for them to understand the objectives of the performing process improvement activities
• Facilitate interaction among function/ business owners/ sponsors, workshop team members and customers.
• Improve safety, security and QA awareness of the employees and contractors.
• Agent of Change to promote accelerated digitalization, driving sustainable business (ESG) and operational standardization.
• As Management Representative and responsible to manage and control for all certification body at DHL e.g., the list is not limited to ISO 9001, 45000, 14000, TAPA/28000 and other relevant certification as per DHL standards & local regulatory.
• Design, communicate and lead improvement, Quality Assurance, Security and Health, Safety and Environment awareness initiative within operation team and encourage them to do it as basic need in their operation.
• Design, communicate, lead and manage operation performance monitoring through Global Metric Scorecard and communicate the result to operation.
• Lead, monitor and review the project team to implement the Project Management guidelines and ensure successful startups.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Logistics Management or relevant discipline, Master degree will be advantage.
• More than 9-10 years in Operational Excellence and project management function, preferably 1-2 years in similar role or within OE organization.
• Experience in managing team (in leadership position) and experience in stakeholder management.
• Six Sigma or trained problem-solving tool is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge or training around area of HSE, QA and Security
• Knowledge in high level program and project implementation with proven leadership skill in driving team engagement and collaboration.
