RTR Financial Accountant - Night Shift (ARCM)

Job Requirements:

• Assist with store audits and bank related requests.
• Perform account reconciliation and peer reviewer.
• Monitor the store daily cash and cash equivalent activities to ensure accurate record into the system.
• Communicate with stakeholders, store, and bank personnel to request supports and rectification of record.
• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
• Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed.
• Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in our records.
• Work collaboratively with accounts receivable and other departments to ensure accuracy in finances.
• Support through the record to report cycle for any complex records in the book and ERP related issues.
• Assist in any AR and credit related requests to the support line of business.
• Experience in retail store is a plus.

Job Qualifications:

• 3-4 years meaningful experience in an accounting role (e.g. journal entry preparation, account reconciliation)
• Previous experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Previous exposure to a work environment requiring attention to details, working to deadlines, and handling queries both from external and internal contacts
• Previous experience in fixed asset accounting (Optional)
• Previous experience in banking (Optional)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to provide solid advice and accounting support to key stakeholders within the business
• Excellent attention to detail and must have experience and proficiency in account reconciliation and analysis
• Must be a team player and enjoy supporting the wider organization network
• Excellent PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP experience preferred though not essential
• Strong English skills. Ability to work with team members from different geographical locations
• Excellent time management and work evaluation skills
• Flexibility and self-motivation, ability to work autonomously
• Experience in ARCM (Accounts Receivable and Credit Management)
• Amenable to work on Night Shift and hybrid setup
