- Assist customers using a chat system or email
- Provide timely responses to customer issues regarding product usage and warranties
- Give detailed instructions or provide clarification about products, promos, prices, and other details to prospective and existing customers
What we need:
- Open to HS (Old Curriculum), SHS, Associates, Vocational, Bachelors and Undergraduates
- 1 year experience in BPO is preferred.
- Good to Excellent English communication skills
- Must be residing within Metro Manila, Cavite, and Rizal areas.
