This position will provide full scope recruiting support to help the development of Schenker's workforce in the North American region....
OVERVIEW:
- This position will provide full scope recruiting support to help the development of Schenkers workforce in the North American region.
- This resource is in charge of proactive communication among stakeholders and candidates in the region of assignment.
- He/ She ensures that the global recruiting processes are implemented accordingly.
- Contacting and interviewing prospective candidates and retaining an audit trail of contact.
- Managing and reacting efficiently to high-volume recruitment.
- Apply computer application skills to create report
- Integrate new applications/software into work activities
- Plans & coordinates with others;
- Understanding of the major components and requirements of the strategic plan;
- Identifies required resources, monitors progress & evaluates outcomes.
- Establishes policies, guidelines, plans & priorities
- Assess, improve, and recommend correct management controls;
- Evaluates and analyze complex problems within the area of responsibility
- Develops and creates programs and activities that impact area of specialization in coordination with known experts within the team
- Good comm skills in English and Bahasa Malay.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce, or equivalent
- With at least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience in the US or Canada shared service set-up
- Experience in full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledgeable in boolean search
- Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (preferably Avature)
