The Customer Solutions Representative will:

  • Provide ‘world-class’ service excellence to clients by offering consistent customer solutions experience
  • Attend to both inbound & outbound telephone calls in accordance with the standard operating procedures
  • Processing of after sales transactions and documentations which include inquiries and requests for heavy equipment maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and parts requisitions
  • Identify sales opportunities to further enhance client relationships

The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:

  • Graduate of Engineering (Mechanical or Construction or others), Marketing or any Business-related course.
  • Preferably with related-work experience but not required as training will be provided by the company both technical and soft skills.
  • With excellent communication & negotiation skills and can relate self well to customers and stakeholders,
  • Must be willing to travel.
