Job Description:

This position handles day-to-day service issues within the operation. He/She works with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training. This position coordinates the needs and efforts of the operation to ensure customer satisfaction is met. He/She facilitates the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and train the team of warehouse workers that perform various functions.
• OSP warehousemen management and coordinating with vendor agency.
• Ensures proper OSP behavior, discipline, security, loss, damage prevention & monitoring.
• Creates work schedules for the team & routine tasks.
• Conduct daily PCM and ensures that all staff are knowledgeable about the work operations.
• Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of warehouse operations function smoothly.
• Reports and update directly to the country supervisor regarding the workflow of the daily operations.
• Updating and maintaining operations related procedures/requirements.
• Responsible for monitoring, updating, and resolving various shipment status like HOLD, WAREHOUSING, OTHER BROKER, SELF PICK-UP, FOR RE-WEIGH, CARGO INTACT, G6, ER, NDB, C2 & NORMAL status.
• Responsible for organizing warehouse inventory of overstaying shipments and coordinates with customs.
• Attending email inquiries in system as per requirements.
• Produce daily reports like Inbound Discrepancies, AK0 report, for OLRS and present the key performance indicators with provision of the necessary findings/corrective actions.
• Responsible for morning outbound scan and organizing warehouse inventory prior releasing of the shipments.
• Ensures that all packages in warehouse are well organized and has no damages.
• Performs daily pre & post sort walk to determines what else need to be done in warehouse.
• Regulate all company health and safety regulations.
• Support in updating Hub EXCEPTIONS.
• Backup for vault management at Hub.
• Assist on remittance of collection for COD/COP.

Qualifications

• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Leadership skills
• Ability to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format, and communicate findings to management team
• Excellent communication skillsAbility to prioritize daily tasks and promote a positive work environment
