This role will focus on the industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices to continuously improve campaign strategies and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Identify influencers and manage influencer outreach, negotiation, and tracking.
• Analyze creators based on their past performance and make recommendations based on best fit for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of campaign
• Join client calls and occasionally lead client facing communication
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that all objectives are met, and deadlines are adhered to.
• Conduct regular performance analyses and provide detailed reports to clients, highlighting campaign successes and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices to continuously improve campaign strategies and performance

What we are looking for:

Requirements (Not all aspects are applicable)

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
• Proven track record of managing successful influencer marketing campaigns, with a focus on performance and ROI.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and industry trends
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• A team player, with a positive attitude and a passion for influencer marketing

Pay: Php16,500.00 - Php19,500.00 per month
