Customer Experience Data Process Specialist for Awesome CX by Transcom- Davao City

Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Customer Experience Data Process Specialist for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davaosite. This role will focus on managing returns, communication, and order-related activities for different regions and stakeholders. Your tasks are critical to ensuring efficient processing, accurate record-keeping, and timely resolution of issues related to orders and returns.

Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as a Customer Experience Data Process Specialist

GE report

● Reviewing report sent by GE- referencing any orders canceled by GE EU and UK labels

● Create & Request labels with the warehouse via email and forward to the appropriate CSR.

Store emails

● Assist with confirming with stores if online orders returned to stores can be refunded on

their end.

Buying emails / PR emails

● Emails forwarded from buying/PR, need to confirm if these emails were already handled

in Kustomer. If so we can disregard, if not, start new thread in Kustomer.

US returns

● Process any exceptions in Narvar. Communicate with the HQ team.

● Manually process and log GE returns in the GE portal

EU returns

● Manually process and log returns in Shopify

UK returns

● Manually process and log returns in the Associate App (phone) and GE.

Daily returns report

● Report on the status of returns that day and what is outstanding

Pull CM’s

Opening tickets with GE in support portal

● Connect via email with GE to find additional support and resolution to any CS specific

needs & lt;- we should put an example or two here? Responsible for maintaining that

conversation and sending the resolution to the customer or appropriate CSR

Answering GE emails such as chargebacks

● Confirm with GE that we are reaching out to the customer for correspondence. Reach

out to customer via Kustomer to confirm chargeback information.

Assists operations with CM adjustments if needed

Return verifications with Chelsea / UK stores

● Separate email thread with Chelsea store to verify returns that have been sent to their

store that need processing. If return is not on log or delayed, we will reach out to the

store directly in this thread. We want to avoid the store getting multiple emails from

CSRs regarding returns.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

  • Competence in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for generating reports, managing emails, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with specific software platforms mentioned in the job description (e.g., Narvar, Shopify) would be advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with internal teams, external stakeholders (like stores and GE), and customers.
  • Previous experience in customer support, operations, or a related field, particularly within the retail, e-commerce, or logistics sectors, is highly valued.
  • Experience with order management systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., Kustomer), and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with return processes and logistics management would also be beneficial.
