Responsibilities for LMS Trainer

· Conduct and facilitate demonstration of the LMS and provide training to individuals and user groups as needed

· Develops, manages, and implements LMS Training programs for teachers, students, etc.

· Maintain close coordination with the Technical Support team about the issues and feedback in TekTeach LMS

· Monitor and manage LMS-related issues to ensure effective and efficient teaching and learning experience through TekTeach

· Excellent background in creating training content and delivering courses online

· Utilize experience in TekTeach LMS to assist with planning and managing the company’s training and development initiatives

· Assists in the creation and maintenance of training materials and instructional design

Qualifications:

· Required: Bachelors degree (B.S./B.A.) in Education or other degrees (or majors) closely related or equivalent

· Experience in developing educational content (e-learning, textbook, workbook, reference book) for elementary, junior high school, senior high school, and/or college, particularly, curriculum mapping is a plus

· Has experience and profound knowledge of using LMS in the context of hybrid learning set-up

· Has teaching experience (classroom, review center, and/or other informal teaching set-ups)

· Excellent work ethics, flexibility, English communication, and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php22,000.00 per month
