We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in either AP or AR (experience in both is a plus).
• Has an experience in BPO - Shared Service Industry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
