Job Description: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner. - Resolve product or service complaints by clarifying the customer’s concern, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution. - Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. - Knowledgeable in healthcare-related customer service.
