We’re looking for a detail-driven Recruitment Specialist (Seasonal) to join our team on a day-shift schedule. This is a temporary position ideal for someone who wants to contribute to a fast‑paced recruitment team during our busy hiring season. You’ll help identify top candidates, streamline recruitment processes, and ensure a smooth experience for both applicants and our internal team.

• Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix
• Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
• Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
• Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
• Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
• 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with eCommerce or a strong interest to learn
• Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and adaptable

• A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor (or Mac equivalent)
• A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed
