Marketing Assistant – Property Management Client

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support a property‑management client. In this role you will be the behind‑the‑scenes creative and data analyst, producing engaging social media posts, crafting persuasive emails, maintaining the website, and shaping content that drives community engagement for franchisees, property owners, travelers, and partners.

This is a remote, full‑time position that requires strong organization, clear communication, and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

Social Media Management:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Email Marketing:

• Assist our email marketing vendor in preparing and sending campaigns that promote vacation homes, franchise opportunities, and special offers.
• Maintain and grow email subscriber lists.
• Analyze open rates, click‑through rates, and conversions to optimize email performance.

Website Maintenance:

• Update and refresh website content, including blogs and promotional pages.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with brand standards and strategic goals.
• Assist in tracking website analytics to inform content strategy.

Content Creation:

• Write compelling copy for blogs, social posts, ads, and emails that reflect the company’s voice and appeal to target audiences.
