We are seeking a skilled and certified Salesforce professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration, and customization. You will be responsible for configuring, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions.
• Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security, workflow automation, and reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
• Keep up with Salesforce updates and best practices to optimize platform performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Requirements:

• Salesforce Certification is a must (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, or equivalent).
• Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM, including configuration, customization, and development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with third-party integrations and middleware tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data management best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices in Salesforce development.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
