Under the supervision of the Training and Quality Supervisor, the Training and Quality Officer is responsible for executing day-to-day training and quality assurance activities to support performance excellence among frontline educators. This role delivers onboarding, refresher, and targeted training sessions, conducts lesson audits, and provides coaching to ensure alignment with quality standards. The TQ Officer also contributes to identifying performance gaps, documenting interventions, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training

• Facilitates onboarding sessions for new teachers to ensure alignment with program expectations and teaching standards.
• Conducts refresher and targeted training sessions for tenured teachers to reinforce skills and support development plans.
• Designs training content and learning interventions to address lesson quality gaps and enhance instructional delivery.
• Coordinates with team leads and operations to ensure training is aligned with current performance goals.

Quality

• Performs internal lesson audits to assess adherence to quality standards and elevate the overall learning experience.
• Delivers one-on-one coaching sessions based on audit findings to correct performance gaps and reinforce best practices.
• Identifies potential red flags that may lead to escalations or non-compliance to proactively mitigate risks.
• Compiles QA results to support performance calibration and improvement initiatives

Administrative

• Prepares reports on training and quality metrics to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Documents all activities and interventions to ensure transparency and continuity of TQ processes.
• Upholds organizational values by modeling professional behavior and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any degree or any other relevant field
• With at least 1-year experience on quality and training role
• Experience in BPO industry, specifically online teaching, is an advantage
