Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Data-Driven Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with actionable insights, streamlined processes, and data-focused strategies. The ideal candidate combines a solid understanding of sales operations with strong data analytics skills to optimize performance, forecast sales trends, and improve reporting accuracy. This is a key role that bridges the gap between sales execution and data intelligence. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze sales KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, win/loss rates, etc.). Prepare and present sales performance dashboards and reports for leadership. Handle incoming inquiries and provide product information to customers. Reach out to potential and existing clients through calls, emails, or online platforms to generate sales. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and order confirmations. Coordinate with the logistics, accounting, and marketing teams to ensure smooth transaction flow. Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database. Follow up on pending quotations, payments, and deliveries. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives. Support onboarding and training efforts for new sales hires related to tools and processes. Manage the flow of sales documentation and communications. Identify trends and outliers in sales data to help with strategic decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, sales ops, or data analysis role. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
