Job Descriptions:

• Managing the daily operations of the accounting department, including supervising and developing a team of accounting professionals
• Preparing and analysing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and financial systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient workflows
• Serving as a trusted advisor to the senior management team on financial matters

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
