• Develop the game server‑side application logic.
• Evolve the business’s software applications using the latest development tools and methods (Ruby 3).
• Design and maintain analytics solutions and observability, and persist automated tests.
• Conduct unit tests, code reviews, refactor source code, and assess and improve software performance.
• Write and document code that meets project standards to deliver the desired functionality aligned with overall guidelines.
• Introduce new technologies and practices to improve documentation, scalability, testing techniques, and refactoring.

• Seasoned in software development.
• Strong working experience with Ruby.
• Familiarity with C/C++, Rust or Go is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of the command line and Git version control.
• Basic knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
• Willingness to learn and work with new technologies (e.g., gRPC, GraphQL, Go).
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills in English.
