We're hiring Sales Executives and/or Sales Engineers to join our growing team under Myvan Holdings Inc., representing any of our construction material brands:

• Luftcrete Philippines – lightweight ALC wall panels
• Fortify Industrial, Inc. – tile adhesives and skimcoat
• Ascentia Concrete Solutions, Inc. – ready-mix and precast concrete

You will be assigned based on your skills, experience, and market fit. This role involves client acquisition, site visits, and working closely with project teams in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new clients in construction, real estate, or contractor markets
• Conduct site visits and present product features and benefits
• Prepare quotations, product demos, and after-sales coordination
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure product alignment
• Track sales targets, project pipeline, and client feedback
• Promote specific brand solutions under Luftcrete, Fortify, or Ascentia

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related fields
• With at least 1–2 years sales experience
• Knowledge in building materials, site works, or construction processes is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willing to be trained on specific brands/products and do fieldwork
• Must be Cebu/Mandaue-based or willing to report onsite
