Work Setup: Onsite, Makati City Industry: Life Insurance Job Summary: The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions to support the company’s strategic objectives. This includes talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, and labor compliance. The role ensures that all HR initiatives are aligned with company goals, Philippine labor regulations, and industry standards within the life insurance sector. As a key member of the management team, the HR Manager will foster a compliant, high-performing, and people-centered culture that drives organizational success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business goals and promote organizational growth. - Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance with government regulations. - Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws, DOLE requirements, and Insurance Commission guidelines. - Partner with leadership to drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies. - Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support management decision-making. - Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
