About the roleAs a Cashier at Philippine Archipelago Ports and Terminal Services Inc., you will play a vital role in managing the financial operations of our busy port and terminal services. This full-time position is based in Dumangas Port, where you will be responsible for processing payments, bank transactions and maintain supervisory skills that leads your people.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving and processing payments from customers for port and terminal services
• Balancing cash drawers and reconciling daily transactions
• Maintaining detailed and accurate financial records
• Providing excellent customer service to passenger, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues
• Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure financial processes are efficient and compliant
• Assisting with other administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in handling people, cash handling, bank transactions, knows how to use MS application especially excel.
• Must be detailed oriented, goal oriented and able to adapt to fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Can work with minimal supervision and willing to work extended hours when necessary.
• Willing to relocate in any ports where Fascat operates
• Willing to work overtime, shifting schedule, holidays, emergency restdays
