Job Title: Content and Social Media Specialist Work Arrangement: On-site Schedule: Night Shift Location: BGC, Taguig Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: This position reports to the Global PR Manager and collaborates with other teams, including marketing, sales, and career support. Establishing a strong presence in the U.S. market requires both increasing awareness and building credibility. In this role, you will contribute to these efforts by supporting public relations initiatives and creating diverse content to strengthen the company’s communications and content marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: ● Social media management and content development ○ Lead or support the company’s social media management and growth, with a primary focus on content development. Initial platform is X, with potential expansion to Facebook and LinkedIn. ○ Create content to share news and information that benefits the platform’s current and potential users and enhances its credibility. ○ Collaborate with sales, career support, and marketing teams to create content that generates leads. ○ Lead or support strategy, scheduling, and execution of social media campaigns. ● Content development for other owned media ○ Develop and edit informational articles aligned with the content marketing strategy to drive traffic and enhance platform credibility. ○ Conduct in-depth research and create content independently. ○ Develop and edit materials targeting stakeholders as part of the company’s global PR effort. ● US news monitoring and sharing ○ Monitor relevant U.S. industry news daily and share insights internally to keep team members informed. ○ Prepare for expanded responsibilities through news tracking and analysis. ● Other responsibilities ○ Assist with additional content creation, research, and marketing tasks as needed. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree ● Fluent in English ● At least 3 years of professional writing experience (in English) for external audiences ● Proven experience in strategy development and successful social media management ● Strong research skills and ability to independently create informative content ● At least 3 years of experience in content writing ● Experience in social media management ● Experience in research ● Experience supporting a U.S. client ● Experience supporting a healthcare program Preferred Qualifications: ● Advanced experience in visual and video content creation ● Foundational knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry and healthcare policies ● Foundational knowledge of the U.S. labor market, economic environment, and policies ● Extensive writing experience in journalism or communications Candidates with attached CV and relevant experience will be considered for a phone interview.After reading and understanding the criteria and minimum qualification requirements explained in the job information Content and Social Media Specialist at the office National Capital Region above, immediately complete the job application files such as a job application letter, CV, photocopy of diploma, transcript, and other supplements as explained above.
