This role involves providing paralegal and administrative support with a primary focus on property and conveyancing matters. You will assist the lead property lawyer with end-to-end conveyancing transactions, manage contract preparation and review, coordinate with clients, agents, and external parties, and handle document lodgement and settlement processes. • Solid experience in Australian conveyancing
• Ability to assist the lawyer with court document preparation and basic contract drafting
• Reception duties, including managing inbound client calls and enquiries
• Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and calendar management
• Experienced with LEAP and Smokeball
• Proactive, engaged, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable discussing pricing with clients
