Summary

Handles the efficient and timely procurement of trade and non-trade goods and services to support business needs. Works closely with Credit & Collection to address billing issues, release blocked sales orders, and complete required documents for smooth payment processing.

Responsibilities

· Process and review Purchase Orders (POs) from Department Managers, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantity, Incoterms, ETA, and requirements.

· Create and release approved POs, send to suppliers, and upload to supplier portals.

· Assist in supplier accreditation and process non-trade POs, ensuring closure via MIGO upon invoice receipt

· Support SPs and DMs by updating MRP parameters, uploading sales forecasts, and ensuring correct SAP assignments.

· Provide stock positioning and OOH reports to aid sales planning; update delivery dates as needed.

· Conduct forecast analysis, stock aging reviews, and regular MRP type checks.

· Regularly clean up open and unused purchase orders.

· Support UAT for SAP implementations and enhancements.

· Act as PIC or country representative for regional SAP and procurement initiatives.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Customs Administration

· Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or customer service, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing.

· Supervisory/team lead experience in handling trade & non-trade purchases, vendor coordination, and PO processing is an advantage.

· Proficient in SAP for material planning and procurement.
