ResponsibilitiesOversees sales associates to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets. Ensures that the approved marketing spiels are communicated to the customers. Answers inquiries from students, parents or other clients who are interested in enrolling.Recommends to the Sales Officer other potential organizations or bodies where new students may be recruited.

Monitors and documents student recruitment activities. Submits daily statistical report on enrollment including but not limited to number of sales calls made, number of students who confirm enrollment, and number of walk-ins to the Sales Officer. Assists in the implementation of qualitative and quantitative market research as instructed by the Marketing Officer and/or Marketing & Sales Head.

Submits periodic status reports to the Sales Officer. Performs Customer Relations function as a secondary task. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
