Key Responsibilities ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements ● Come up with Test Plan and write Test Cases for Web Applications ● Execute the Test Cases Manually and provide sign Offs ● Define test automation strategies. ● Develop and maintain end-to-end test suites as per below. ● UI Automation: ● Experience on Java or Python programming languages. ● Expertise in creation of test scripts ● Capturing elements dynamically and writing gherkin files ● Basic knowledge/experience on any automation testing tools (ex: Selenium, Test complete etc..) API Automation: ● Good experience on postman ● Any framework experience using below tools. ● Apache Jmeter, ● Rest Assured ● Ready api ● SoapUI ● Create and execute automated test scripts for regression, functional, and performance testing. ● Identify and report defects, track issues, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution. ● Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing. ● Maintain code using Source Control systems majorly Git ● Write clear and concise test documentation, including test plans and test cases. ● Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices. ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test automation and share knowledge within the team. Qualifications: ● BE/BTech/ME/MTech: (Computer Science) / MCA ● 5+ years of proven experience in test automation ● Strong Manual Testing skills ● Strong Communication Skills ● Experience with Agile software development processes and practices. ● Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman or similar. ● Knowledge of software testing methodologies, best practices, and test design techniques. ● Experience with version control systems majorly Git is a must ● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. ● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. ● Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, gitlab CI, BitBucket CI , or similar is a must
