The Sr. Site Engineer must ensure that her/his assigned project will be completed on time at cost and of desired quality. She/he must ensure that the mission and the vision of the company are incorporated on her/his daily duties and to the team she/he handle.
- Prepare pre-construction requirements and conduct pre-construction & Site kick-off meeting.
- Oversee the implementation of the contract.
- Facilitate the Contract Turn-over to Customer Fulfilment Department / Property Management.
- Responding to project maintenance / Repair request from Project Development Group.
- Complying with the management standard procedure and annual/biannual submittal.
- Act as a team leader and implement the companys rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- with atleast 5 years experience
- Project Management experiencce is advantage
