Coordinates the movement, storage, and distribution of goods and materials within a supply chain, overseeing inventory, managing shipments, and maintaining accurate records to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:Receiving, sorting, organizing, storing, and updating inventory records for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Shipment Coordination:Coordinating the transportation of goods, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, tracking shipments, and preparing necessary documents.
• Order Fulfillment:Preparing customer orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring all items are accounted for and shipped correctly.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery confirmations, as well as managing freight bills and invoices.
• Communication:Liaising with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues and facilitate the logistics process.
• Quality & Safety: Inspecting goods for damage, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
