Key Responsibilities:

•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel equipment, rooms, and facilities.

•Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and mechanical issues.

•Support day-to-day maintenance requests to ensure guest comfort and safety.

•Coordinate with the Engineering and Housekeeping teams for timely repairs.

Qualifications:

•At least Vocational or Technical Course graduate (Electrical, Mechanical, or related).

•With relevant hotel or building maintenance experience is an advantage.

•Knowledge in basic electrical, plumbing, and aircon repair.

•Willing to be assigned in any of our hotel locations within Metro Manila.

•Honest, reliable, and service-oriented.
