Wering a fast-growing brokerage in the finance and lending space to find a Marketing Strategist to own and optimize their digital marketing ecosystem. Youll play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, building brand visibility, and automating client communications to help double loan settlement volumes over the next year.Part-Time: ~20 hours/week (with potential to scale to full-time)Schedule: AEST hours
Location: Fully RemoteEngagement: Independent ContractorMonthly Starting Rate:USD 400-800/month (based on a 20-hour workweek, depending on level of experience)What Youll DoDevelop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and lead generation
Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, including email workflows, segmentation, and client nurture sequences
Design, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for high-ROI lead generation
Build and maintain a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedInCreate engaging social posts (2 per week) aligned with brand voice and strategy
Design and manage landing pages for campaigns, ensuring strong conversion rates
Implement referral and review systems to increase word-of-mouth and social proof
Track performance, analyze results, and recommend new opportunities for growth
What Were Looking For3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in service-based or financial sectors
Proven hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM & automation
Solid track record managing Meta Ads for lead generation and ROI optimization
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Ability to design graphics (Canva or similar) and manage landing pages
Self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Nice-to-HavesKnowledge of the Australian finance or lending industry
Experience with Infynity CRM or similar platforms
Background in conversion optimization and A/B testing
