We are seeking a Media Director to lead the development of innovative O+O (Offline + Online) shopper engagement strategies for a leading global health and beauty retailer.

This role is responsible for Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Commerce (TikTok Shop, Optimo Retail Media), and the development of a holistic media planning framework spanning digital and select above-the-line channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on digital expertise and a passion for driving innovation through AI, technology, and creative consumer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated retail media campaigns across digital, social, and select ATL platforms.
• Drive innovation in retail media, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance consumer engagement and campaign performance.
• Lead Performance Marketing and Digital Commerce initiatives, including TikTok Shop and Optimo Retail Media.
• Build and implement a holistic media planning framework to maximize ROI and strengthen brand visibility.
• Oversee content, social media, and affiliate marketing programs, ensuring brand consistency and commercial alignment.
• Design and lead out-of-the-box consumer engagement activities to increase O+O shopper participation.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver impactful, measurable campaigns.
• Track key performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
• Manage, coach, and inspire a team to foster innovation and high performance.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in developing integrated campaigns and digital media strategies.
• Background from 4A-accredited media or integrated agencies
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, e-commerce, and retail media platforms.
• Solid grasp of digital analytics, optimization, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Innovative thinker with a consumer-first mindset and a passion for driving engagement through creativity and technology.
