Overview

As a Project Manager working remotely in Manila, you’ll bring humanity to business, overseeing client and corporate projects at TTEC’s global customer experience centers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for client projects, serving as their point of contact.
• Build, manage, and maintain project documentation on a global scale.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, establish deadlines, assign functional responsibilities, and lead the work of others.
• Conduct due diligence and gather required materials.
• Manage internal and corporate business‑level initiatives.
• Report to an Executive Director, Project Management.

Typical Day

• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, senior executives, and external clients in a virtual environment.
• Customize, build, manage, and maintain effective project records.
• Identify risks, define mitigation plans, and execute change management.
• Clearly articulate requirements and overall project status to various audiences.
• Support the deployment and achievement of departmental and corporate strategy.
• Spearhead innovative projects for corporate initiatives and enhancements.
• Display managerial courage within an individual contributor role while navigating project phases.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience leading medium to large‑scale global deployments.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience.
• Operational management experience within the BPO/call center industry.
• Strategic guidance ability while leading a project team.
• Expertise with formal presentation.
• Experience with project management software, word processing, spreadsheets, and flowcharting applications.
• Willingness to work US hours and possess a valid passport for international travel.
