Role Description: Projects scheduling, reporting and documentation monitoring and compliance reviewer.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare project schedule from planning to implementation phase, and business development phase.
- Assist the project managers in setting-up project reports, monitoring and reviewing the conformity of the project reports every two weeks.
- Project documentation compliance review for each project in accordance with ICTSI-GEIP Project Management Framework.
- Updating the projects program database.
Job Requirements and Competencies
a. Skills and Abilities:
- MS Project proficiency,
- MS Office proficiency (excel, power point, word, etc.).
b. Knowledge and Experience:
- PRC license Civil Engineer,
- At least 2 years' experience in project scheduling.
c. Working Environment
- Planning and construction of infrastructure projects
- Experience in port/marine infrastructure projects is required.
