EDUCATION:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (Open for Fresh Grads)

EXPERIENCE:

COMPETENCIES:

• Must pass accounting pre-hiring examination

• Computer Literate

• Good communication skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that purchase orders are properly approved

• Ensures that supplier's invoice in reconciled with purchase order

• Ensures that requirements are delivered on time

• Ensures that crew have updated working clothes profile

• Ensures correct working clothes size and set per rank is issued on a timely manner to embarking crew

• Communicates with seafarers to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information and address complaints regarding working clothes

• Confers with suppliers to discuss defective or unacceptable goods (related to working clothes) and determine corrective action

• In charge in the absence of Purchasing Team Lead / Support Staff Purchasing

• Uphold the corporate and core values and serve as its role model

• Support all efforts in the implementation of the company's Quality Management System
