We're searching for elite virtual closers who know how to build rapport, negotiate win-win deals, and get contracts signed over the phone. If you haven't successfully locked up deals virtually, this role is not for you.
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Base Salary: $1,500/month - Commission: 2% on initial deal revenue (1% on renegotiations) - Performance Bonuses: Weekly & monthly - On-Target Earnings (OTE): $30,000+ / year
Top performers can earn even more — we want hungry closers who are motivated to outwork the average.
Schedule - 100% Remote - Work from anywhere in the world - Fixed Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM EST - Required: 6 Days A Week
Responsibilities
- Dial 150+ pre-qualified seller leads daily (we provide all leads + dialer) - Build rapport, qualify motivation, and close deals virtually - Negotiate pricing and terms to create win-win agreements - Manage pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM
Requirements (No Exceptions)
- 1+ Year of Proven Virtual Acquisitions Experience (closing deals over the phone) - Strong track record of locking up contracts virtually - Fluent, confident, and persuasive English - Master negotiator with elite follow-up skills - Quiet, professional home office with reliable high-speed internet - Coachable, competitive, and results-driven
